BOG Records was organized in 1999. "BOG" stands for Best of Gospel. The founder, Dr. James McCray, a 1999 Grammy Award Nominee, had a vision to organize a record label that will give artists an opportunity that most major labels would not. Morris Mingo is the producer for BOG Records.
Currently, BOG Records has six artists signed to the label and expects more to follow. The BOG Records artists are: BOG Recording Mass Choir, Music Workshop Mass Choir, Pastor Michael Mack & Friends, Pamela Crumbley & Chosen, Voices of Corinthian and Dr. Carl Whittaker.
